Peter Marshall – Acting Regional Director, London
Peter Marshall is the Acting Regional Director for Central London, bringing extensive senior leadership experience across specialist education, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary practice.
Previously Head of Service and Principal at Acorn Park School – an all-through special school (including Reception and Post-16 provision) rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in December 2024 – Peter led whole-school strategy, quality improvement, and the integration of education and clinical teams to enhance outcomes for autistic children and young people.
Peter is known for his collaborative approach, clear communication, and commitment to inclusive practice. In his regional role, he focuses on supporting leaders, strengthening consistency across services, and driving continuous improvement in line with Outcomes First Group’s values.
